One: About sample service

1, The New client need pay the sample fee and freight cost ,but some fee will return back after order confirm.

2, Single order amount more than $10,0000USD,or Customer who turn over of the year more than $60,0000usd, No more than two pieces sample or vlaue not more than $100usd ,can be provided for free. but not included freight fee.

3, Customer who turn over more than $160,0000usd, Not more than ten samples or value not more than $350usd, can be provided for free, including the freight.

4, Customer who turn over more than $250,0000usd. Sample provided by free.

Two: About after service:

1,If the products check problem which is not able to sell, our factory take full responsiblity to compensate customer lost.

2,If the products with small problem and not effect on selling of products,We will compensate customer by spare parts ,or make discount for our products.

3,If after long time usage no more than 3 years, also can contact to us.

4,We have after sale service,if you have any quesion or problem,send email to us, When we received you advice,we will process it immediately within 7 working days.
