Product Description

Whatever the method of veneer, eventually the veneer must be dried. Its moisture content must be reduced to between 6% to 12%. Considering that the veneer has a moisture content well above FSP, this step requires a lot of energy. The two most common dryers are roller dryer and belt dryers. the later allows veneer to be fed in to the dryer with its grain angle perpendicular to the sense of feed. Consequently, they can be used to dry continuous ribbons of veneer. Roller dryers are energetically efficiend because the rollers arre heated and since these carry the veneer through the dryer the direct contact with the dryer permits heating through conduction, which is more effiecient than by convection. The rollers are typically 100mm in diameters.

Veneer dryer hot press

The machine is a new type of veneer dehumidity dry hot press which is based on many years experience and development of our company. It has already been proved by many customers in forestry industry to be a most efficient and energy saving dry equipment. It suits the dehumidification and flatting of the core boards. The veneer is very flat after drying with sufficient shrinkage. The synchronized closing device with lever spring is installed symmetrically at the hot press, this device can make the hot pressed plates between each layer and the cores can touch or separate at same time. The specially produced hot pressed plates enjoys below features:fast dehumidification and fast steam removing. The frame strcture is used for this device. The cylinder has upper oil inlet which can be installed very conveniently. The saturated steam is used as the heat source to heat the hot pressed plates with high efficiency and low energy consumption. The automatic electric control system is used for the whole process of the dehumidification of the plates as per the set up programme. The operation is very simple.
