Habio Acid Beta-mannanase
Definition of enzyme activity
One unit of (U) of beta-mannanase is defined as the quantity of enzyme required to liberate 1μmol reducing sugar per minute from 3mg/mL mannan solution at 37℃, pH5.5.
Characteristics
1. Excellent thermostablility, suitable for feed pelleting.
2. Excellent acid-resistance, high efficiency in the digestive tract.
3. High activity from 30℃-80℃, the optimum temperature is 75℃.
5. High activity from pH2.5-7.5, the optimum is pH=2.5; Higher activity in acid environment.
6. Water bath treatment: keep under different water bath temperature for 5 min.
7. pH resistance: Keep under different pH for 90min.
8. Trypsin and Pepsin resistance:
Keep staying in Trypsin-Pepsin solution for 5.5 hours, the enzyme retention rate is 84.65%.
9. Good Storage stability:
The enzyme retention rate is above 85% after 12 months storage in room temperature.

Sealed storage in original package under room temperature for 12 months for solid form, and 6 months for liquid form (less than 25 ℃).
