Q6-2 PVC transfer vinyl is made up of PVC and TPU with good hand-feelings. Its thickness is about 120-140um, a little thicker than our PU vinyl. It’s suitable for number, letter design for sportswear, T-shirt and many other uniforms. Our PVC can add much more value for your clothes with features like high coverage, easy to cut and weed, no fade and deform after high temperature heat press and wash. 1. Create the design using your computer and set it in reverse

2. Cut the design with 30°or 45°cutting plotter blade

3. Weed the excess part out

4. Pre-heat your fabric to remove moisture

5. Put image on fabric (final color side up) and heat press with 150℃-160℃ temperature,10s-15s press time and about 0.24kgf/cm^2 heat pressure

6. Peel off the clear film after fully cool
