FeSiBa Inoculant in cast iron
There are more than 200 inoulants,and only 30 kinds of them popularly used in the market right now.According to the contents,we can classify them into:Silicon inoulant,Carbon inoulant,rare earth inoulant and so on.
Performance and features:
1.Improves graphite formation,reducing the chilling tendency and improving the solidified structure of iron and its mechanical properties;
2.Strong recession-resistant capability, prevent inoculation and nodulizing recession;
3.Improve the homogeneity of fracture surface, reduce shrinking tendency;
4.Stable chemical composition, homogeneous particle size, similar in composition and quality; 6.Low melting point (near 1300℃), easy to be melt in inoculation processing, little scum.
