This machine has washer,filler,capper three functions in one body, it is automatic in total process and suitablefor PET bottled juice and tea drink which can resistant high temperature.It also can be used for mineral water,pure water and many other no gas containing drinks. It makes by high quality SUS304, key parts are precision machined by NC tool.The total machine uses advanced photoelectric detection technology to detect each parts operation status, no bottle no filling, and no bottle no capping, automatic and easy operation.

Into bottle way is air conveyor direct connection with Bottle dial .All 304/316 stainless steel rinse heads, water spray style inject design, more save water consumption and more clean .304/316 Stainless steel Gripper with plastic pad, ensure minimal bottle crash during washing, 304/316 stainless steel washing pump make the machine more durable .
Filling Part
304/316 Stainless steel high precision filling nozzle,Filling volume adjustable in fine rank, same liquid level after filling, All 304/316 stainless steel contact parts & liquid tank, fine polish, no death corner, easy to clean,304/316 stainless steel filling pump, Efficient spray nozzle rinse thoroughly and save water for flushing
Capping Part
Workers put bulk qty caps into cap loader, the cap loader will unscramble caps automatically and bring caps down in cap rail and then to capping head. Cap loader can hold more than 200pcs of caps each time, it will be convenient for adding caps often. The capping head is by Italian magnetic technique, it will protect caps not to be destroyed. The capping correctness will be 99%. The opposite caps will be deleted automatically. The capping head is an separate part. Change cap is only need to change capping head, easy for change and operation. The whole machine is made from SUS304, long shelf time.
