1.Are you a factory or trading company?

---We are both , we produce fly knit shoe upper and do process of print,heat seal,embroidery ,and we have the export license to export finished shoes or semi shoe products or materials. We sincerely welcome you come to visit us.

2.What's your MOQ?

---- a.For stock order, we can provide as you required.

b.For new style order, normally in 300 pairs for each color each style, let’s discuss

3.Do you provide some sample? Is it free?

---a. For stock styles,we can provide samples by free, but freight charge is on your account.

b.For new designs ,normally we require sample charge three times of the unit price.

c.For some styles with quite difficult  technology or need to open new mould, let’s discuss about the sample charge.

4.What's your payment terms?

--- a.For sample invoices, the full amount is required to be paied before we submit the sample order to sample room.

b.For bulk production invoices, ,

1.Order value less than $100,000,we accept 30% deposit, balance by T/T against the copy B/L send by email or fax.

2.Order value more than $100,000,we accept 30% deposit, balance by L/C at sight. Or T/T same as above A point.

5.What's your packaging?

---1 pair in a polybag or box, 10 or 12 pairs/carton for women&men size

  1pair in a polybag or box, 12 or 16 pairs/carton for kid size. 

6.What's your lead time ?

 ---3-20days after getting the sample charge and detailed sample order for samples.

50-60days after getting the deposit for new style orders.

30-45days after getting the deposit for repeat orders.

7.Can you make my design or put my logo on shoes?

---Yes of course, we welcome your own designs. just send us your specifications and your LOGO so we can make the CADS for your confirmation.

8.How shall we do if my order quantity can't get your MOQ?

  ---In this case pls discuss with our salesman, maybe we can help to make your quantity if you accept a higher price.
