Composition:

Henglian Uncoated Cup Board Mill PM4 Provide Cupstock paper which is specially designed for packaging function.It is multilayer structure in which 3 to 4 layers are fibers made out of wood pulp, besides imported fiber containing 50% mixing together with long and short fibers,but without any recycled fibers,100% virgin woodpulp and food grade.

 

Priintability

Is designed as a premium quality cup basepaper that can meet the stringent demands of hot/cold beverage containers.

With or without coating to suit different converting purpose.Uncoated grade and due to its fiber texture is only suitable for flexo pritning with good paper cup feel.It is available in one or two layers coated,according to customer's requirements,to improve surface smoothness and good ink absorption.It has good performance in simple half tone colour printing.

 

Convertibility

Has multi-players structure,with high bulkiness,excellent stiffness and excellent cup forming effect.Our cup base paper has excelent ply bond and good PE Adhesion propeties,which results in good water resistance to prevent from leaking.The product has good forming effect.

 

Persistency

Well Selected wood pulp and coatings,without any fluorescence agent added,make product with excellent light resistance,prevent fading and can withstand high temperature.

 

Stability:The cupstocks board is of high light resistance and packaging products can keep a long-term stability within 6 months under the light in cabinet.
