System description: there are many communication modes of this kind of scheme, including wired mode (such as serial port, Ethernet, etc.) and wireless mode. Wireless mode includes digital radio, GPRS/CDMA network, ZIGBEE wireless transmission, etc. According to the actual situation of the user (a small shed many distance), we suggest that customers use ZigBee wireless transceiver equipment to transmit data, through collecting module, such as temperature sensor signal, via ZigBee rf transceiver module to transmit data, realize the control of the greenhouse temperature and humidity, compared with other wireless technology, this scheme has low power consumption, low cost and large network capacity, etc.
ZIGBEE's advantages:
Zigbee is a highly reliable wireless digital transmission network, similar to CDMA and GSM networks. Zigbee digital transmission module is similar to the base station of mobile network. Communications range from the standard 75m to a few hundred meters, kilometers, and support unlimited expansion. In the whole network range, each Zigbee network data transmission module can communicate with each other, and the distance between each network node can be infinitely extended from the standard 75m.
ZIGBEE is characterized by low power consumption, low cost, short time delay, high capacity, high safety and license free frequency band. It is especially suitable for such networks with close distance and more nodes.
System function: the central control server mainly performs the following functions:
1. Data collection: real-time data collection is conducted for the greenhouses of the center. Real-time monitoring of temperature, humidity and other information. If the greenhouse node is lost or the greenhouse temperature and humidity exceeds the standard, the sound, SMS and other alarms will appear.
2. Flow chart: graphical interface display, temperature, humidity and other conditions in the form of curve;
3. Data report: the system provides daily report, monthly report and other reports, and can easily query the historical report and print the report.
4: data storage: the system can store historical data and form a knowledge base, and can conduct arbitrary query on the data in the selected period of time.
5. Abnormal alarm: according to the alarm limit set by the system, quickly find problems and inform the administrator.
6. Control function: if there is an intelligent temperature regulation system in the greenhouse, it can also be controlled by software. When the humidity exceeds the set value, automatically turn on or off the spray device.
In addition to real-time collection of temperature and humidity signals in the greenhouse, the system can also expand the collection of light, soil temperature, CO2 concentration, leaf surface humidity, dew point temperature and other environmental parameters, and automatically turn on or off the specified equipment. It can be processed according to user requirements. It is believed that this system can provide scientific basis for automatic monitoring of comprehensive ecological information of facility agriculture, automatic control of the environment and intelligent management.
