 Installation method and hydraulic system diagram: 

• Put strands into reserved place, expose strands 200-250mm longer than working length of jack at the tensile end. Avoid furcal and rough end of strands after cutting by the thin grinder.


• Put strands-ends through the tool anchor head, then push the tool anchor head to anchor spacer till fasten at the mouth.


• Anchor clamp jaws: bind each couple of clamp jaws with a rubber ring, push them into the cone aperture of anchor spacer along the strands till fixation.


• Restraining plate: designed for working anchor head, which matches the aperture.


•  Jack: bind strand-ends with iron wire to hang the jack, and put the supporting month of front jack on the restraining plate to center the coaxial of jack.


•  Install tool anchor on the supported mouth of the piston.

A :If you need the anchorage based on your drawing,just kindly provide the drawing for our check before producing.and we have 12.7mm(0.5") and 15.24mm(0.6") types of wedge.

A :We accept EXW, FOB Shenzhen,FOB Guangzhou,CFR,CIF,DDU.Kindly choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.The DDU is often delivery by express.
