Rubber expansion joints,also known as flexible single-ball rubber joints,rubber flexible joints,soft joints,shock absorbers,pipe shock absorbers,shock absorber throats,etc, is a high Flexible,highly airtight, medium resistant and weatherproof pipe joints.
The product is made of rubber elasticity, high air tightness,medium resistance,weathering resistance and radiation resistance.It is made of polyester cord fabric with high strength,strong cold and heat stability,which is obliquely crossed and compounded,and vulcanized by high pressure and high temperature mold.
Features of rubber joint
1.small volume,light weight, good elasticity,easy installation and maintenance.
2.Transverse,axial and angular displacements may occur during installation,which are not restricted by the pipeline not concentric and the flange not parallel.
3.when working,it can reduce the transmission noise and strong vibration absorption ability.

Application

Installation
1.rubber joints are strictly prohibited from installation during the installation.
2.installation bolts should be symmetrical and gradually pressurized to prevent local leakage.
3.1.6MPa above working pressure, installation bolts should have elastic pad to prevent bolts loosening when working.
4.Vertical force support should be provided at both ends of the joint pipe during vertical installation, and anti-pull-off device can be adopted to prevent working pressure pull-off.
5.Rubber joints should be installed away from the heat source.Ozone zone zone. Strictly prohibit strong radiation light exposure and the use of non-conforming media.
6.rubber joints shall be strictly prohibited from cutting the surface and sealing surfaces during transportation and handling.
