Q: HOW LONG IS THE PRODUCTION LEAD TIME FOR THE VERY 1ST SAMPLE? 
A: Usually it will take 2-4 weeks time. Depending on the schedule of the sample room.

 

 

Q: HOW LONG IS THE PRODUCITON LEAD TIME FOR BULK DODER?
A: Usually 60-90 days depending on the order qty and schedule of the factory.

 

 

Q: WHY THE CAPACITY OF THE KEEN DRAGON IS 50000 PCS PER MONTH. BUT THE

     PRODUCTION LEAD TIME FOR BULK ORDER IS 60-90 DAYS?
A:To avoid lost of money, factory can not stop and wait for order. So factory have a schedule

   for production over 30-60 days. That means when you place a order and send the deposit

   today, the soonest time we start to produce your order is 30-60 days later. During these

   days, we will prepare the fabric and accessories ready.

 

 

Q: HOW TO MAKE A PAYMENT?
A: For the sample charge which total amount under $300 we prefer Paypal. If the total amount

    is over $300 and the buyer want to use paypal, we will request 5% extra. For the payment

    of bulk order we prefer T/T.

 

 

Q: WHAT IS YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
A: By sea 30% -50% deposit (depending on the order qty), balance against B/L copy By air/ By

courier (such as Fedex,DHL) 30%-50% deposit(depending on the order qty), balance before

the shipment. We will take pic and show buyer the details before the payment.
