Description

ECO-D automatic disc water filter adopts modular design and can be used in various combinations according to the filter unit. A backwash controller can control one or more filters to meet the actual needs of different applications. ECO-D filter has a wide selection of system materials, all plastic system has excellent chemical resistance, acid, alkali, salt and solvent resistance. Due to the releasing of discs in the backwash and the centrifugal injection, the cleaning effect cannot be achieved by other filters. The backwash time for each filter unit can be completed in 10 to 20 seconds. The backwash controller is simple to operate and the filter can be fully controlled according to pressure difference, time or combination. The filtration element don’t need to exchange, service life is up to 15 years.

Multiple filter units operate in parallel at the same time. During backwashing, only one unit is backwashed, others are in the filtered state. Backwashing is performed one by one in sequence to ensures that the filter is working continuously and backwashing by filter water or the external clean water.The integrated filter assembly automatically compacts the discs during filtration and automatically releases the discs during backwashing. The discs rotate at a high speed under the action of cutting into the jet stream while backwashing, impurities between the discs are flushed out of the drain and the filter element is thoroughly cleaned under the effect of centrifugal force and jet water flushing force.The filter has two operating states: filtering state and backwash state.
