1. The water reducer from this material(TPEG2400) has good adaptability to cements.
2. Compared with other polycarboxylate materials, the production cost of water reducer from this material is greatly reduced.

3. The water reducing rate of the water reducer (solid content 22%) from this material is amount to 30% under 1.1% concrete addition.
4. The water reducer from this material is characterized by early strength,  high-strength, the early strength and 28 days’ strength of the concrete is greatly improved, compressive strength ratio %: 1 Day ≥180: 7 Days≥170; 28 Days≥ 150.
5. The water reducer from this material has high durability,can efficiently reduce the water/gel ratio, enhance durability, reduce shrinkage and creep.
6. The water reducer from this material has less slump loss, which grows initially, and won’t influence the strength, it also has sustained release effect, slump retention is ≥190 mm.
7. The water reducer from this material is environment friendly, chloride ion is not more than 0.1%, comply with the ISO 14000 international environment protection management standard.

Storage and Transportation
It is non-toxic, non-flammable and can be shipped as general chemicals, stored at dry, ventilated place, away from sunshine and rain.

 

1)Packing : 25kgs/bag or as customers' requirement.

2)Storage :It shall be stored in a waterproof, rainproof place to avoid agglomeration. If there is agglomeration, smashing it or dissolving it will not affect using effect.The product is harmless and does not deteriorate in long term. It's not a flammable and explosive substance.

3)Transportation: It's suitable for both truck transportation and railay transportaion without any limit of remnant cargo or full truck.

Yes. Once we create your mold, you can use it as many times as you like at no costfor future orders.As long as you keep the same design there is never any new molding fee
