Applications:

The machine is suitable for packing non sticky, bulk or granular material, such as medical pills food stuffs, plant seeds, washing powder, coffee, sugar, desiccant, etc.  

Features:

The integrated processes of bag making, measuring, filling, sealing, cutting, counting and hot pressing codes can be done automatically.  

Packing material:

Several kinds of heat seal lamination, such as PET/plated AL/PE, PET/PE, PAPER/PE, NYLON, etc.  

Film thickness should be less than 8u; while for the film roll, the internal diameter is 75mm and the external diameter should be less than 300mm.   

1. How does the machine fit our voltage?

For each equipment, our salesman will confirm the voltage with the customer.

2. How can I buy the machine

Firstly, our salesman will discuss with you all the details of the machine, the lead time and the payment condition.

Secondly, after receiving the 30% down payment, the production will begin.

Finally, we’ll show you the photos and the test video of the finished machine. You pay the balance and the equipment will be shipped as scheduled, or by our forwarder or by your familiar forwarder.

3. How long is your machine’s warranty?

1 year after the delivery. During the one year, we can offer the broken parts free of charge, if the problem isn’t caused by wrong operation.

4. What can you provide for after-sale service?

We can send the engineer to the customer’s factory for the installation and operation training if the customer requires. We can also supply the installation and operation instruction by video.

5. If we have very special request on the production line, could you help me to do the design?

Customized design is provided.
