1. Usage & scope of application
It adopts hot stamping mode to press the painting from ribbon on to PS foamed profile or use fancy roller to emboss on profiles and sheet. Normally this machine is used in our PS photo frame profile production line and plastic decorative panel production line. It also can be used for many other kinds of plastic products such as PVC and ABS, etc.

Thermal transfer printing is to print the pattern through pre-heating thermal transfer film. The pattern is one-step formed and no need color process. Lively pattern can be printed out by simple equipment. Furthermore, the color is bright and gloss, the pattern is vivid. Thermal transfer printing technology can significantly enhance the product’s additional value.

High pattern printing precision—the pattern will be printed on PET coated film by more than 8 colors large gravure press, while using elaborate professional copperplate to achieve high fineness pattern printing.
