Vacuum tumbling is a method of marinating meat, poultry and seafood and is designed to provide ready-to-cook, value-added products. Suitable for various kind of products such as poultry, fish, pork, beef, etc.

Vacuum tumbler is the equipment based on physical impact principle under vacuum state to realize meat massaging and marinating.

Vacuum rolling and kneading machine can provide a physical process of diced meat energy transformation and indispensable technology of meat processing to accelerate souse speed.Proceed mechanical treatment to diced meat through rolling and kneading and increase the abstraction of salt soluble albuminoidal and improve manufacture product quality.

With abundant saline absorption, the meat structure and water-holding are strengthened; improve vividness of the meat muscles, meat elements, small meat pieces, chicken and elements; the taste and product rate are greatly improved.

Without vacuum tumbling for 20 minutes, marinating requires 24 to 48 hours of soaking before the product is ready for loading into the smokehouse.
