 Function and characteristics:
1. The electric appliances of a whole machine adopt the product of SCHNEIDER made in FRANCE.
2. Adopting helical gear driving, the gears are made from high frequency quenching and polishing-gear.
3. All the axles of roller must be chrome-plating in order to increase the hardness.
4. The gears adopt shower type circular lubricating.
5. This machine adopts PLC touching screen control, adopts frequency Converter, rightly and truly.
6. Automatically changes return zero and correct the plate position
7. Adopting the mould unit designing. The multi-color printing unit can be combined and
linked in any way.

Feeding part

 

1.Adopt lead edge feeding type , absorbing wind auxiliary paperboard feeding, can make the cardboard feed favoringly. The volume of the wind can be adjusted accord the camber of the paperboard.

 

2.Vacuum suction assist paper feed to ensure stable high-speed operation and wind rate setting according to requirements.

3. Front baffle can be electrically adjusted with scale on it,easily understood. Side bar can be computerized adjusted,with digital setting and pneumatic appliance

4 Electric controlling the cluth of te machine platform and istalled alarm in order to assure the safe of he operating personnel while the bell rings constnatlty during marching

 

5 The movement of post bar can be computerized adjusted,with digital setting and manual adjustment of the scale

6 .Equipped with brust to suffciently eliminate dust and scraps as well as foreign subtances on the printing surface improve printing quality
 

7 .Skip feed device with continuous feed or every other page feed options.

 

8  Pneumatic interlocking mechanism

 

9 Equipped with clean foreign matter device on the printing face of the paperboard and improve  the printing quality

 

10 The control center uses German Simens PLC and color touch screen,higher reliability,lower failure and higher efficiency, and is easy to learn and operate;the main machine and fan motor applies transducer speed regulation,stable and energy saving

Printing Part

 

1.The printing roller and trace pressing roller adop good quality without gap steel roller ,surface is treated by lapping finish, after balance correct and hard chrome plating, smooth operation.

2.Adopting the hang printing plate system,it is easy to change printing plate ,and installed switch by feet ,which is convinent to hang printing plate
3.International standard high-precision harmonic phasing device,PLC and touchscreen controlled 360 degree adjustment
4.Special planet gear desing enables long service life
5.Equipped with auto braking device with braking mechanism to lock rotation of pressplate roll and maintain the fixing point of original gears when the printing machine breaks away
6.With auto reset system after cleaning
7.Computerized digital axis adjustment,with adustment distance of ±10mm
8.Equipped with auto raising device onthe reticulate roll,separated the printing board when stopping feed paper
9.All the intervals adopt computerized adjustment and digital setting

10 Installed with ink roller rotation electrical machinery to prevent water ink drying while main machine stopping
