Located in Humen Town,Dongguan City, which is known as the garment production base,covering area of more than 5,000 square meters with sampling room taking up 400 square meters.
Well facility
Yimai has introduced 2 Bullmer Automatic Cutting machines since the beginning of 20th centuries.
10 Production Line
The work-shop is equipped with 1 Automatic cutting bed which is able to cut 300000 cloth pieces per month.Besides there are 80 sewing machines,consisting of 10 production lines. Nearly 2000 pieces can be finished with sewing daily.
Our design department consists of 16 co-workers,including 8 designers,2 CAD drawing makers, 5 sample makers,and 1 fabric and accessories purchaser.They are capable of making about 500 new samples monthly.
