2,This machine is specially designed for 1L-25L products. It adopts CNC single-track electric single-head grab-type tracking screw cap.

 

3,France Schneider servo system, France Schneider PLC programmable control, touch screen man-machine interface operation, all parameters are evenly modified in the touch screen.

 

4,Automatic gripping and capping are completed by the servo motor, and the movement is precise and the speed is fast. The servo system + torque module controls the capping head, and the cap tightness is freely set.

 

5,When the capping head is working, the set torque is automatically stopped. Electric rotary type capping machine adopts double photoelectric screening for positive and negative cover, and the screening pass rate is 100%.

 

6,The whole machine is made of 304 stainless steel material.

<4> Could I have some spare parts of the machines?

We will send extra spare parts and accessories (such as sensors, motors, gaskets, tools, piping and so on) with the goods packed shipping together. Non-artificial damaged spares will be sent freely and shipping free during 1 year’s warranty.

 

<5> Are There Training for Customers?

We are responsible for offering the technical training to user. The training content includes the structure and maintenance of the equipment, control and operation of the equipment. Through training, users' technical staff can grasp and the skill of operation and maintenance proficiently, and deal with the general troubles in time. We will appoint qualified technical staff for the guidance.
