Selection of Green Tea LeavesMatcha Selection.jpg

We have collaborated with local tea masters and we have a delightful tea plantation that has been protected by the tea farmers. The tea master visually sorts the tea leaves, then adds hot water and checks the aroma, taste and the color of tea. As a point of making matcha, the color of the tea leaves is essential. The color of the tea leaves soaked in hot water at the time of inspection will be the color when crushed.
