 1. Exhaust Fan blades are high quality Krupp stainless steel with special design, 

   no distortion, aesthetic appearance and excellent durability. 1.2mm thickness.

2. Fan housing is 180g/m2 zinc coating hot-dip galvanized steel sheet, 1.0mm thick top frame, 0.9mm sides and bottom frame.

3. Fan shutters are made of 180g/m2 zinc coating hot-dip galvanized steel sheet, 0.8mmthichness.The shutter which supports on the centrifugal system is 1.5mm. High strength to ensure long service life.

4. Centrifugal push-pull system is made of high quality nylon PA66 to make sure shutters can be opened at complete 90 degree,  and ensure the lowest air resistance, biggest air volume and long service life.

5. Exhaust Fan Belt is Japanese Mitsuboshi brand, maintenance free long service life.

6. Both Chinese famous motor Laoyite or Taiwan Xizi motor, and Siemens motor are available.Motor voltage and frequency can be customized. 100% copper wire, Protection class: IP55, Insulation class: F grade.

7.  Belt pulley/impeller/motor pulley are made of high strength aluminum-magnesium alloy. It helps to reduce the weight of blade impeller.

8. Fan bearing is imported double-row bearing from France with special water proof design, High strength, lower noise, maintenance free and long service life.
