Kwinbon China Lincomycin Elisa Test Kit for tissue&honey&milk&royal jelly

 1.Test principle

This ELISA kit is designed to detect lincomycin based on the principle of “indirect-competitive” ELISA. The microtiter wells are coated with capture BSA-linked antigen. Lincomycin in the sample competes with the antigen for binding to the limited number of antibody. After the addition of enzyme conjugate and TMB substrate, the signal is measured in an ELISA photometer. The absorption is inversely proportional to the lincomycin concentration in the sample.

2.Applications

This kit can be used in quantitative and qualitative analysis of lincomycin residue in animal tissue (muscle and liver, fish and shrimp), honey, royal jelly, milk etc.
