Argon oxygen decarburization (AOD) process is used to make stainless steel and special steel, including tool steel, silicon steel, low alloy steel and low carbon steel. During this process, the tuyere is submerged, leading to high element recovery, rapid and effective desulphurization, and good chemical control of slag.

Design plan and construction drawings

Design scheme: our company has a design company with first-class qualification, and the designer has 30 years of experience in kiln design. After the drawing is completed, three experts (civil engineer, construction engineer and operating engineer) will carry out the final review of the drawing to ensure that there will be no mistakes in the construction of the kiln.
Construction drawing: The dimensions of each place are marked on the construction drawing, and the name, size and quantity of the refractory used are marked. Any experienced construction worker can understand the drawings and follow the construction without any mistakes.

Evaluation and preparation of refractory materials

Lite offers a proven composite refractory package for the AOD process. From magnesium-chrome refractories with high purity, rebonding and melting particles to magnesium-chrome refractories with high purity and direct bonding, our products provide you with the performance you need to extend the sport performance. We work closely with our customers to analyze and modify slag chemistry to best interact with magnesium-chrome refractories. Each slag control is recommended to be customized to maximize performance.

Magnesia chrome brick is selected as tuyere and tuyere mat brick. It contains 100% fused magnesium-chromium particles that make bricks resistant to mechanical and chemical erosion. The bottom of AOD of magnesium-chrome brick and 17 chrome content magnesium-chrome brick all use the shock pad at the bottom. They contain large amounts of molten particles, which make bricks resistant to slag.

Daily production of 600 tons of activated lime rotary kiln

This series of kilns is an ideal sintering equipment of active lime in China, with high output, high activity, suitable for steelmaking. It is capable of burning oil, burning gas and burning coal. The daily output is 80 tons -600 tons, and the technology is mature and reliable. Maximum service temperature 1050-1100 degrees Celsius
