Built-in LTE capabilities transform the terminal into a wireless network hub that supports Wi-Fi, BT, and GPS communication to enable location tracking and route optimization. The in-vehicle touch computer is highly resistant to impact and vibration without moving parts, come with screw-in M12 plugs (depending on the application) and are suitable for the expanded temperature range especially designed for driverless transport systems (DTS), agricultural and construction machines, and special-purpose vehicles.

- DOA Service (Dead On Arrival): 
To run DOA within 1 month after shipment. Goods are guaranteed to exchange when it is returned. 
New product operation would be completed within 5-20 working days. Round trip shipping costs are paid by ITD. The following failures are allowed to be serviced by DOA: 
A: The image cannot display normally.
B: It cannot be powered on.
C: The internal functions of monitors are out of work.

- RMA Service (Return Merchandise Authorization): 
To run RMA within 24 months after shipment (TFT LCD panels come with 12months' warranty). Maintenance time lasts from 5 to 20 working days according to the difficulty and specific situation. Returning shipping cost after maintenance is paid by ITD.
