   General Introduction   

1. QD EOT double girder bridge crane is the most widely used handling machinery currently. Characterized by reasonable structure, easy to operation and low maintenance, this kind of crane is widely used in plant, warehouse and workshop for material lifting and moving. Working duty ranges from A5-A7 which meets different requirement of clients.


2. The crane is composed of box bridge,running gear of crane. trolley and electrical devise. Several insulating appartus are mounted at proper parts of the crane, trolley and electrical device. Several insulating apparatus are mounted at proper parts of the crane to prevent the electric current  of the energized equipment  transimtting to the crane through the lifting hook during operation, which will endanger the driver's life and the safety of equipments. The crane is heavy-duty. Dual actuator is equipped with the main mechanism for the purpose of safe hoisting.

   Main mechanical parts: bridge, running gear of crane, trolley and electrical device etc.

   
   

   Electrical parts: Long traveling engines, lifting engines, cross traveling engines, electric control box, limit switches, overload limiter.

   
   

   Cab room: There are three kinds of method for entering the platform of cab: from the side, from the end and from the top.
