Product Description
The prestressed cast beam mould of Hiaitian company is designed by the Europe engineering team, it is an adjustable precison steel moulds which used to cast large size prestressed concrete cast beam.
The whole production line is a self-adjusting mold base, which adopts integrated computer control system for automatic closing, vibrating (plug-in, automatic), automatic demoulding (hydraulic) and other functions; the products that have been developed have single T type and double T type. , L-shaped, I-type, Y-shaped and other concrete prestressed precast beam molds.
Solution can be made upon customer request and meet your requirement well.
Technical features:
1. Can customize and design any specification based on customer drawing.
2. According to precast element drawing can design with two bascial ways:with side mold plate and bottom mould plate or only with side plate and produce on table mould.
3. Clumn can also designed in vertical casting way.
