1. Description of the wheelbarrow tray making machine
1). Y32 Series Four-Column Hydraulic Press is one of the new generation of plate process. Three-beam and four-pole structure design for large operating spaces - suitable for automatic operation forming, punching, bending, straightening and multi-press assemblies to form automatic production line.
2). Fully enclosed drive, easily accessible for maintenance, eliminates, exposed over hanging parts, slide and bolster tables with T-slots.
3). Uses a variable flow piston pump - offers high pressure resistance, high velocity, good durability and low noise.
4) . Hydraulic pipe system uses integrated circuits - manifold block fits inside the press to reduce piping and oil leaks, easy to maintain, simple and safe.
Wheelbarrow Making Machine adopts advanced design technology of three-dimensional computer controlled (Finite Element Analysis & Prestressed Modal Analysis) and three beams-four columns body structure which makes it classic, contracted and utility.

According to the wheelbarrow tray size and thickness choose the proper pressure of the hydraulic press machine, usually 315T or 400T for deep drawing wheelbarrow tray, 200 ton for cutting edge and edge curling.
Sometimes, we can use curling edge machine for trimming, which according to client`s requirement.
2) Chassis making
It need pipe bending machine.This need the detail drawings.
3) Spare parts making
