,Overview

A,Feature: XG-A full-automatic positive and negative pressure thermoforming machine (3-station), which use international leading technology to form the plastic sheet, ensure the machine, electric and gas work together well. It use microcomputer and industrial control programmable PLC to control the whole HMI system.

   With imported radiation heater (square and tunnel), it can form the plastic in both punch-cum-blanking die. Die-cut by laser-blade, technological process as follows: heating, forming, die cutting and stacking (count automatically). The 3 station of production line can work at the same time, by using the leading forming technology, it save manpower and raw material, which also prevent secondary pollution, improve products quality and products percent of pass. What is more, it enhance productivity with simple operation, good reliability, good functionality and high degree of automation. It is widely used in the automatic production line for plastic thermoforming and product automatic cutting.

B,Application: apply to the forming of HIPS,PS,PP,PVC,PET...It can process the products includes high transparency, high stretch, shallow stretch, circular type, square type, irregular type, biaxial tension type and turnup type. Widely used in producing all kinds of boxes, plates, trays, bowls, lids, industrial package, food package, cosmetics package and other types package in plastic area.

 

 

 

,Equipment technological process

Feeding sheet→ transporting sheet→ 1st heating→ 2nd heating→ 3rdheating→ forming and cooling→ cutting→ piling up→ waste self-coiling

Remarks: there are totally 3 stations on the production line.

Operation scheme: manual operation/automatic work together, manual operation can easily take samples and control setting parameter.
