Raw material has been steamed for over 1 hour in hot steam machine, bend rate can keep below 5mm. handles will be never rebound again after streaming.

According to the defferent weather, the humidity will be defferent, it will be between 12%and 20%

White color smooth surface not dead knot. Polished 2 or 3 times.

1.Raw material(Eucalyptus wood)

2. wood pole (plane off the burrs to suitable diameter)

4. Dry the handles( under the sun )

5. steam the handle( soften the wood fiber, easy to press straight, never rebend again)

6. make handle straight in the gag press machine (use long press gag press guarantee the straightness )

7. cut double ends of the handle ( cut to suitable length)

8. Polish(two times) and varnished 2 times

9. making screw one one end(we guarantee the crack of the handle not over the screw )

10. dome on another end (We guarantee no crack on dome end)

11. packing (according to customers request to pack)-load into container

Packing of wooden broom handle/stick :
1) 25pcs/48pcs/50pcs/60pcs/bundle by woven bag;
2) 25pcs/30pcs/bale/transparent shrink packing;
3) 12pcs/bale, 4bales to be 1bundle to pac in woven bag;
4) or as customer's request.
