1. For our regular customers, we can provide free sample. 

2. For our first cooperation, we need to charge you, and the sample fee will be refunded if the quantity reaches our quantity requirements. 

2)Do you provide metal lid Or bamboo lid?

Yes, we do provide metal lid, stainless steel lid,bamboo lid e.g. And lid can be customized as per client's request, e.g. glass lid, plastic lid.

3) What is your payment term?
30% down payment after confirming the contract/PI and the balance before shipment/copy of Bill of Lading.

4) Can we combine many items assorted in one container in my first order?
Yes, you can. But the quantity of each ordered item should reach our MOQ.

5) What is the normal lead time?
For stock products, we will send goods to you within 7-15 work days after we receive your payment.
For OEM products, the delivery time is 15~30 work days after we receive your payment.

6) What techniques do you use?

Our glassware products are made by mouth blowing. Each process has been rigorously tested by our workers.
