A: We understand that will need time to know each other as a start, so there is no MOQ for us, welcome to test our quality for small quantity for any customer. 

 2.Q: What is the delivery time?

A: Generally speaking, it will take 7-15 days to customer when customer confirm the order, for customized order, it will take 15-20 days. 

 3.Q: sample is free ?

A: Yes, samples is free,customer just need to pay the shpping cost, 

for customzied samples, we need to charge a little material cost, but it will be refundable when customer place an order.  

 4.Q: What will you do for customer if we received unquality products? 
A: we will check all toys before shipped out, but if you still receive any unquality products, pls take a photo to us to confirm, then, we will find the reason,and you can just leave them aside,and we will make up more or give som discount in the next order.
