Complete Cement Clinker Production Line/Cement Grinding Station Manufacturer

1.Raw material storage yard and conveying

The clinker,gypsum, mixed material are transported to the storage place for storage, there set rectangle storage area which store the clinker, gypsum and mixed material distributed as per the storage capacity.the mixed material and gypsum of  inlet size  ≤200mm is transported to the special discharge pit by the dozer and conveyed by belt conveyor to cement dosing silo after being crushed to ≤25mm by the jaw crusher.

2. Cement proportioning silo and conveying

There set cement dosing silo (steel bin) to store the clinker, gypsum, mixed material. such three material are transported to the cement mill system after being weighed by speed adjusted belt weigher under the silo.

3.Cement grinding and conveying(closed circuit ball mill system)

The three material after being mixed shall be transported to ball mill for grinding, the mill adopt closed circuit, the cement from the mill shall be transported to the O-Sepa separator, the coarse powder from the separator shall be transported to the mill inlet through air chute, the finished product from the separator is transported to the cement silo by bucket elevator. The mill outlet strength the ventilation  to control the air flow inside the mill to reduce the over-grinding, the finess which collected by the bag filter is directly transported to the cement silo, the dust content of the waste gas after being purified is ≤50mg and directly emitted to the atmosphere. 

4.Cement storage and conveying

Cement silo temporally consider the storage silo.The quantity of cement silo can be adjusted as per the actual condition.the cement in the cement silo can be directly transported to the cement packing system.

5. Cement packing and truck loading

Adopt rotary packer for cement packing;packed cement can be directly sent to bagged cement truck by two-unit automatic bagged cement loaders.

6.Air compressor station

The whole plant set one air compressor station with air compressor with the gas displacement 19m3/min,the discharge pressure is 0.8Mpa.the air compressor station shall meet the requirements of gas-control valve,measuring meter and pulse type bag filter.

 

Main characteristics of Cement Clinker Grinding Plant:

1. The batching system have been adopt automatic quantitative feeding and measuring device, which have increase the material batching accuracy and also stablilizing the production’s quality.

2. Adopting tube mill or vertical roller mill to producing qualify cement according to the raw material’s condition of clients.

3. Producing system have adopt closed circuit to reduce the energy consumption of cement grinding. The single line scale can be from 50tpd to 2000tpd, which have been covered the cement factory’s different manufacture demand.

4. Adoption of High efficiency air classifier and pulse type bag filter have created the circumstance for energy saving and energy consumption reduction.

5. The mill and air classifier have adopt 3D computer design, which have reasonable structure and reliable operation.

6. The grinding system have adopt best ventilation air volume design, which will reduce the installed capacity.

7. Plant have high automation level, the operating process will adopt DCS central control system for adjustment, control and alarm in master control room, then the whole plant have less operator and also increase the working efficiency.

8.Compared to other production process, our cement grinding unit canincrease capacity by 30%, and the energy consumption can be reduced by 15%,apply for different requirement of fineness,greatly improve the grinding efficiency.
