200L 2HL beer brewing system is small batch brewing, it is normally run as pilot system or teaching in school. In order to lower the beer brewing cost, some brewmasters will add auxiliary material for example rice into brewing recipes. Then extra tank cereal cooker will be needed.

 

If the customer no limitations on budget, the brewhouse can be heated by steam. With steam heating, we can get high heating efficiency and temperature is easy control. It is good for producing better quality beer. Steam heating is preferred by many brew masters as well.

 

Basically, one set of complete beer pilot plant includes Grain Miller, Beer Brewhouse, Fermentation Unitank, Glycol Cooling System, Brewery Control Cabinet, CIP system.

1) The brewhouse combination is based on three vessel structure Cereal Cooker + MLT + KWT + HLT.

2) It is suitable to do infusion mashing method.

3) The brewhouse tanks are heated by steam.
