A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral paper boxes. If you have legally registered patent, 
we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.


Q2. Can i have my own customized products ?
A: Yes, it is accepted your customized requirements for color, logo,design, package,  carton label, your language mannual, etc. 

Q3. Can i get sample, and how long will it take?
A: Yes. We can provide sample. And you need to pay for the sample and its transportation fee. About 2-12 days after receiving the payment, we will send it out. 

Q4. It's the first time for me to do business with coolov. How can i trust you?
A: We are contracting cooperative partner of Alibaba Group.Besides, our customers can choose the  account which Alibaba One Touch open for our company to make payment. If the buyer can’t receive in time their goods after payment, Alibaba shall take the full responsibility of recovering the buyer’s payment.  

Q5. What is the payment term ?
A: We need 100% TT or PayPal payment for sample fee. As for mass order 1.LC at sight 2.TT: 30% deposit by TT, 70% balance against copies of B/L. Also we accept the payment such as L/C , Or PayPal,Trade term: FOB.
