Machines description
1. The above product process: original bamboo - take-off saw - cut bamboo strip - knotting fixed width open strip into strip - cut-to-length saw - forming sharpening - bleaching - drying - polishing - finishing packaging.
2. The above 8 machines, the output of 8 hours is 45,000 pairs. It requires 5-6 employees, and the power is 380V industrial power. The electricity consumption per hour is about 10 degrees.
3. Usually, every 100 kilograms of fresh (wet) bamboo with a diameter of 80mm or more can produce 2800-3600 pairs of twin-shaped chopsticks of 210mm size.
