7.2KV 630A JCZ5-7.2 AC Vacuum Contactor

 Our High Voltage Vacuum Contactor -Type JCZ5-7.2J/D   is applicable on AC 50-60Hz,rated voltage up to 12 kV, rated operational current up to 630A,used for DC or remote access and breaking circuit.

Mainly used to control high voltage, transformer and the capacitance load equipment,especially suitable for all frequent operations area.With Compact and light weight as the characteristics,it applies today international prevailed top-down assembling layout structure,which features ease of maintenance and liable to build up F-C circuit group equipment.

 Application Condition

1.Ambient Air Temperature: -25°C~+40°C,24-hour average must NOT exceed +35°C;

2.Altitude: 2000m or Lower;

3.Relative Humidity: Daily average less than 95%, Monthly average less than 90%, Must NOT exceed 50% when Ambient Air Temperature reaches +40°C;

4.Operation Environment: Ambient air shall not be contaminated by corrosive, flammable or explosive gas and water vapor, Contamination Level: Level III;

5.Installation of Contactor:

      When operating, the tilt angle between the surface of installed contactor and the horizontal plane shall NOT exceed 5°.

 Note: In case the above mentioned applicable conditions are not satisfied the actual user requirements, user can contact the manufacturer to consult for special treatment on the product.

3 Wind pressure: ≤700Pa(equals to wind speed 34m/s)

4 Relative humidity: daily average relative humidity: ≤95%; monthly average relative humidity≤90%

6 Earthquake intensity: ≤8 degree, no frequent violent vibration.
