A:Sample needs 3-5 days, mass production time needs 30-35 weeks for order quantity more than 8000 pcs
Q3. Do you have any MOQ limit for kettle order?
A: Low MOQ, 2 models mixed in a 40HQ is available
Q4. How do you ship the goods and is there a port near your factory?
A: We usually ship by vessel, the nearest port is Zhanjiang port/Guandong province
Q5. Is it OK to print my logo on kettle product?
A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
Q6: Do you offer guarantee for the products?
A: Yes, we offer some spare parts for free for the warranty.
