Q: Could I customize the products with my own logo?
A: Yes, we warmly welcome OEM/ODM orders.
Q: What’s your minimum order quantity(MOQ)?
A: The MOQ is generally 50sets, if custom logo on the products, the MOQ is 500sets.
Q: What are the printing methods?
A: For plastic brushes, they are mostly with laser printing on ferrules. For wood brushes, mostly working on silk printing/hot stamping/tampon transfer process on wood handles for more high end.
Q: What is the standard production time for each order?
A: According to your order quantity, if small quantity and the goods in stocks, the goods can be shipped out within 3 working days. The production time is about 10-20 days generally for custom orders. We will try best to ship out the goods as quick as we can.
Q: Could I have a sample for checking the quality before placing the order?
A: Charged samples are available. The sample fee can be returned back once placing the order over 100sets of the model.
Q: What are your payment terms for new customers?
A: For new customers, we mostly suggest concluding via Trade Assurance. We also supporting Credit Card, T/T, Western Union etc., trying best to follow your requests.
