The Quality control team has 30 members, more than 30 sets existing inspection equipments, mainly responsible for the analysis and detection of all raw materials, finished products and some semi-finished products in the company, undertaking more than 800 analysis and testing items such as physics, chemistry, materials, mechanics, appearance and dimensions ,etc. The involved products include powder, Cemented carbide products, thermal spray powder, and construction tools.

 

The Quality control team has 30 members, more than 30 sets existing inspection equipments, mainly responsible for the analysis and detection of all raw materials, finished products and some semi-finished products in the company.

 

 

 

Steel raw materials are purchased from large-scale

state-owned company, quality assurance, storage

capacity up to 800 tons -1000 tons, guaranteed enough 

production. Using ERP system to manage the inventory, 

the placement of the finished products adopts sub-area 

classification, huge handling capacity.
