The material of superabrasive include two materials—Diamond and CBN. Compared with the common grinding wheel, superabrasive grinding wheel has more superior performance in all respects—high strength, long life, sharp cutting, high grinding efficiency, good shape retention and high accuracy control, ect.
As we all know, different wheels should be used in different workpiece materials and processing requirements.
Diamond wheel, which is the most widely used, is the best abrasive tools for grinding carbide, optical glass, ceramics, gems and stone, high hardness brittle non-metallic materials.
CBN (Cubic Boron Nitride) wheel is the best abrasive tools for grinding hardened steel, high-speed tool steel, bearing steel, stainless steel, heat resistant steel, titanium alloys and high hardness toughness of metal materials.

Our honing stones and honing mandrels can be used on Sunnen, Nagle, Gehring, Nissin,Chishima, J&S honing machines. Customized honing stones, honing tools are available.
