This machine for making both one and two color soles in thermoplastic material like TPU.TR.TPR.PVC.
The machine are strong,efficient,two hand safety protected(CE certificate),extremely simple to operate and
maintain,engineer overseas install and training available.

1.Strong compact structure and clamping force 220-320T make soles no edges.
2.Flexibility in PLC control to change colors and materials.
3.With servo motor for excellent energy saving(roughly 40% energy saving than normal motor)
4. Automatic mold rotation 90° and ejector with nozzle push out soles for labor saving and easy operation.
5.User friendly and low maintenance.
Series Optional:
*QE-TR220T-2 machine with 2 screw (screw move) and 4 screw (screw fixed) two types (optional) ;
*QE-TR220T-4 with four station 2 screw (screw move) type only.
*Injection end with microswitch in the mold and pressure transducer (optional)
