1. How to get the rings samples?
Rings sample test is greatly welcome, able to laser or engrave your logo.
We will sent the sample PI for your confirm, once get your payment we will arrange to make the samples as soon as possible.DHL out after 5-15days.
2. Do you have MOQ requirement for the rings mass order?
Yes MOQ30 pcs for titanium/ steel rings,10pcs for tungsten carbide rings.
3. What material do you have for the rings?
Mostly 316L stainless steel, titanium,tungsten carbide and different stones.
4. How to put our logo on the rings?
Please kindly sent us your logo design in pdf file, then we will laser or engrave inside or outside.
5. Can you do our customizable rings?
Yes greatly welcome your original rings designs, please kindly sent us your drawing.Then we can quote and make samples accordingly.
6. How long can I get my products when I place an order with you?
For samples usually 5-15days.
For mass order usually 15-35days.
7. What is the package and shipping way?
Each in a opp bag then in carton box, which is safe package for DHL UPS.
8. What's kind of payment mothod you can accept?
