TPU adhesive film hot melt extruder machine

Hot melt adhesive film extrusion machine, professional for hot melt adhesive making, mainly use extrusion technology, film just extrude and coat on base material, press with roller. This technology precision high, film thickness could be 0.01mm.

Equipment could be used on adhesive film making, textile, shoes accessories etc.

Product application

1. Hot melt adhesive film is used on clothing, leather, leather cover, flexible fabric, chemical fiber fabric, luggage, shoes, badge TPU, PA hot melt adhesive film.

2. for embroidered, moveable badge self-adhesive film and PO back adhesive, embroidered PE hard adhesive.

3. hot transfer printing film, lettering film.

4. Velcro back adhesive TPU film.

Technical parameters

4.    Rewinder device use magnetic powder clutch rewind.

14.  Extrusion device screw size according equipmeng request, T-DIE head high grade precision special steel, extrusion device install front back eletctric moving system. Cooling water recycle device at screw feed port.

15.  Cooling water recycle control system, die head transfer hot oil temperature control system. Steel roller heating transfer hot oil control system.
