Manufacturing process:

	Flow						Description
1	Forging						Closed-die forging is applied by qualified personnel. (The states of mismatches, carved seals, burr and underfill are confirmed. )
2	Heat Treatment						The heat treatment temperature and the retention time are managed and the confirmation of the hardness and the shot blasted work are conducted after the cooling.
3	Machining Process						The machine process is performed in accordance with the dimensions of the designated drawings.  (Surface roughness is confirmed with limit gauges and the designated dimensions are confirmed with various measuring tools.)
4	Nondestructive Inspection						Magnetic particle inspection by qualified personnel
5	Dimensional Inspection						The dimension inspection of each part in accordance with the measurement of the designated drawings is conducted. (They are confirmed with Vernier calipers, height gauge and steel rules.)
6	Assembly Work						Assembly work is conducted in accordance with “Assembling procedures for Arms of Nobunaga” of our company procedure AQ0908A.
7	Final Inspection						Visual inspection is given. (The inspections of cracks, defects, distortion, surface roughness, rust are conducted.)
8	Packing & Shipment						The products are packed based on the packing specification by our customers’ request. (Cartons, pallets and wooden boxes are used.) The products are shipped by air or sea in accordance with our customers’ requests.
