paper. It volatilizes automatically inhibition gas factor in normal temperature to form a molecular
protective layer which will be absorbed on metallic surface so as to achieve the purpose of rust-proof.
The product is safe and of environmental protection, and its properties reach the requirement of
Japan JIS international advanced standard.

How VCI Works:
Volatile Corrosion Inhibitors (VCI) are organic compounds that are manufactured with Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE) resin and/or Linear Low Density Polyethylene (LLDPE) resin to create Corrosion Control Packagingto stop rust.
VCI works by emitting VCI molecules into the surrounding area, within an enclosure space, until it is
completely saturated. These VCI molecules are safe, invisible and odourless.When the VCI molecules
come into contact with the air in the enclosure space, an ionic reaction takes place between the VCI
molecules and the water molecules in the air.
The VCI molecules in the surrounding enclosure are hydrolyzed into VCI ions, which form a molecular
corrosion protective barrier on the metal surface. This occurs through polarization, and thus passivate
the substrate from atmospheric corrosion.It normally takes approximately 24 hours for the VCI ions to be
absorbed on the metal surface.
