ISO Certificate Quinolones rapid test strip for eggs
1. The test principle
This kit is based on competitive indirect colloid gold immunochromatography technology, in which QNS in sample competes for the colloid gold labeled antibody with QNS coupling antigen captured on test line. The test result can be watched by naked eye.
2. Applications
This kit is developed for rapid test of QNS contamination in eggs.
l Place the test card at a flat level, pipette the prepared sample solution 2-3drops into the sample well.
l Start the timer as the added solution flows, observe the result within 5-10 min, and determine the result.
6. Result
Negative (-): Test Line (line T) and Control Line (line C ) are both red, color of line T is deeper than or similar to line C: indicating that QNS in sample is lower than the LOD of the kit.
Positive (+): Line T is not red or color of line T is weaker than line C, indicating that the QNS in sample is higher than the LOD of the kit.
Invalid: No color shows in Control Line, indicating the operation is incorrect or the test kit is out of date. In this case, please read the instruction again carefully, and do the assay again with new strips.
