Q1:How can we get a quote?
A1: Please offer specifications of the products, such as material, size, shape, color, quantity, surface finishing, etc.
Q2:What’s your MOQ?
A2: MOQ is 1000 decks per design,the more qty, the better the price.
Q3:Can we get some samples? Any charges?
A3: Yes, customized sample will be charged according to your requirements, we also offer free sample for you to check quality, you just need to cover the shipping cost.
Q4: What kind of artwork should I send for printing?
A4: 1) We prefer artwork in vector form, in PDF, AI or PSD files.
2) Please make sure to ask for template in specific formats before submitting artwork to us.
3) All artwork should be at least 300 dpi submitted in CMYK.
4) Please be sure all type in vector artwork is converted to paths/outlines.
5) Please be sure that all files linked from your art files are either embedded, or included separately.
6) If you choose PMS printing, please make sure to include all PMS numbers in the file.
