Application:

----------Three roll Mill is an ideal and effective grinding and dispersing equipment for high viscosity product, mainly used in various of paint, ink, pigment, plastic, cosmetic, soap, ceramics, rubber, and other liquid and paste materials grinding.

 

Structure & Working principle:

-----------It has three rollers ( roller is made of high wear alloy cast iron) mounted on an iron frame with the center on the straight line. Can be horizontally installed, or slight tilted. Through the horizontal three roller surface extrusion and different speed friction to achieve the grinding effect.

Roller is hollow can be cooled by water. Material was added between the middle and back rollers.

 

Due to the three rollers rotating in different direction ( speed increases from back to front ), generate a good grinding effect. After grinding, material is scraped by scraper in front of the front roller.
