ROYAL JELLY POWDER   Royal Jelly is secreted by the nurse bee's hypo-pharyngeal glands and is fed to selected larvae for the first 4 days of their growth cycle. This royal jelly "fast" enables the new larvae to become queen bees. Royal Jelly contains the entire B-complex, including very high amounts of pantothenic acid (B-5) and pyridoxine (B-6) as well as many trace minerals and other critical components to tissue regeneration like RNA and DNA.   Royal Jelly has been reported to stimulate neural stem cells and glial cells. This indicates that Royal Jelly is a great brain food, and in some Chinese studies, has been shown to increase intelligence over time.   Royal Jelly contains DHEA, an anti-aging hormone known to help modulate and restore exhausted adrenal function.
